The Urban Warrior can be designed to be as unique as the individuals who drive them. From on-road to off-road and anything in between, there is flexibility in design, finish materials, power, and options. The following images are some of the Urban Warriors we’ve had over the past 12-15 months. These photos are not meant to be a comprehensive display of every Urban Warrior we’ve built, but just a few key photos of areas of interest on each vehicle.
2014 Urban Warrior – Santorini Black w/Black Interior
The color combination of Santorini Black metallic with black wheels and black leather interior has been incredibly popular. We have built 5 of them this way and we still have at least one more to do in that combination. This vehicle was a four-seater and had diamond-stitched Recaro seats with a beverage cooler between the two rear ones.
2014 Urban Warrior – Green w/Tan Interior
The customer for this Urban Warrior was looking for a more traditional Land Rover look for his vehicle, but did decide to go with wider wheels and tires after getting the vehicle home. Many people like the idea of the two-tone roof/body combination. The tan interior is a nice complement to the exterior color.
2015 Urban Warrior – White w/Tan Interior
This customer chose many of the elements that are popular with our buyers, including the external roll cage, checkerplate armoring on the hood and sides, a winch package, and supplementary lighting. The interior features handsome wood-grain accents, leather-upholstered dash and door panels, alcantara headliner, and diamond-stitched tan leather interior using the stock Land Rover seating. Note that the third row seats fold up and away for additional storage, and the dual sun-roof provides great interior light.
2015 Urban Warrior -Santorini Black w/Black Interior
Here’s another Santorini black one we finished for a customer this summer that features matching black checkerplate armoring on the hood and sides and a Mantec load-bearing wheel carrier on the back. Wheels are 22″ with Cooper tires. Under the hood is a 605 hp supercharged Coyote engine.
2015 Urban Warrior – Grey Metallic/Black Roof w/Black Interior
This customer ordered a two-tone metallic grey and black vehicle that was custom-painted to the customer’s preference. Our art team worked with the customer to produce a rendering of the vehicle prior to color selection. This vehicle features a 605 hp Coyote engine with our new 6-speed shift-on-the-fly automatic transmission, heated/cooled Recaro seats and external roll cage with supplementary lighting, all riding on 20″ wheels and tires.
2015 Urban Warrior -Timberland Edition – Alpine Rain Metallic w/Black Interior
This vehicle was prepared for the 2015 SEMA show in Las Vegas and appeared at the Timberland Tires booth. Its striking color combination attracted many visitors at the show. It contains several engineering and design features that are common through our builds, along with some unique touches as well. Under the hood is our 605 hp supercharged 5.0L Coyote engine, panoramic glass, silver checkerplate sides, Mantec wheel carrier, a bicycle carrier roof rack from Rhino-Rack, and our heated/cooled Recaro seats with custom Timberland embroidery on the seats. It’s riding on 20″ Mondial wheels by Kahn Design on Timberland 275/55R20 tires.
2016 Urban Warrior – Santorini Black over Black/Tan Interior
Beautiful Urban Warrior 110 Wagon in Santorini black metallic and Kahn Design Defend 1983 8″x18″ satin black wheels. We’ve built quite a few like these but what makes this one a standout is the wonderful interior with a flat bottom sport steering wheel and two-tone hand-stitched leather seats. It also has power side steps and air-ride suspension.

2016 Urban Warrior 110 Wagon – Keswick Green over Tan
The Urban Warrior 110 pictured above, done in Keswick Green over tan, was recently completed and has some unique elements. Like many of our Urban Warriors, this one comes with:
Some of the items that distinguish this build are the Kahn Design pieces, including the wide-body kit, the X-Lander grille, matching front bumper and the 9″x20″ Mondial wheels in Volcanic Black. The Keswick Green paint and a tan leather interior done were both done at our paint and upholstery shops respectively. The power side steps are tucked neatly away under the body until the door opens. This feature is finding its way to more and more of our recent builds.
2016 Urban Warrior 90 – Indus Silver over Tan Interior
Few vehicles rival the old Defender 90 for cool factor. In the urban jungle, it has become quite fashionable. It’s unique look and authenticity finds appeal, even among those who may not be real 4×4 fans. As Britain’s Car magazine says, it’s like an original Mini or an old Beetle -classic looks and unmatched style.
In an off-road environment, nothing can beat a Defender 90. It’s light for a 4×4, has short front and rear overhangs that allow it to climb and get through some of the toughest environments. The Urban Warrior 90 reflects the best of the original’s characteristics but gets civilized for city streets and highways, with upgraded power, luxury and conveniences.
Most importantly, we retain the bullet-proof feel and tough, indestructible quality that makes it well suited for serious adventure.
